Employee Hiring & Training

All-Pro are commercial construction contractors in San Dimas and Los Angeles, California specializing in industrial facility and handyman services.
All-Pro shall supply employees who are competent to perform the services required by this agreement. All-Pro shall at all times enforce strict discipline and order among its employees. All of our employees shall be properly uniformed or suitably attired. Our employees shall be fully instructed in the proper use of keys, locked or secured areas, and any special alarm systems in use at your facility. All-Pro shall discharge any employee causing breech of the peace or violating any Customer policy or any provisions of this agreement.

Hiring Process

All potential hires are screened to insure we employ the most reliable and trusted employees. We screen each potential hire by reviewing their work history, criminal history and driving record through DMV.

Each potential hire is tested for alcohol and substance abuse upon customer request.

Once the hiring process is complete, each newly hired employee is oriented All-Pro's rules and regulations, which include:
  • Safety Rules & Communication
  • Building Security & Alarms
  • Dress Code & Uniforms
  • Employee Probation & Evaluations
  • Attendance & Punctuality
  • Employee Attitude & Conduct
  • Time Sheets & Pay Day
  • Employee Motivational Programs

CROSS TRAINING:

Each employee is cross trained at the beginning of his or her assigned project. This enables All-Pro employees to have fully trained, readily available replacements for any absent cleaner.

SAFETY TRAINING:

All-Pro employees are taught the proper use of the following chemicals, supplies and equipment:
  • Detergents, non-acid bowl cleaners, soaps, polishes, disinfectants and other specialty products.
  • Safety glasses, gloves, dust mops, wet mops, buckets, dusting tools, squeegees, safety signs, trash barrels and vacuum cleaners.
