Count on All-Pro's monthly cleaning service to keep your lobby, private offices, restrooms, kitchen, and common areas sparkling clean. Our monthly cleaning services include:
METICULOUS DUSTING:
- Dust, using micro -fiber cloths, chair rungs, baseboards, and low reach areas
- Dust window ledges and sills
- Clean partition windows by separate section per day
- Dust desk tops
- Dust picture frames and moldings
- Vacuum lobby couches
FURNISHINGS:
- Clean entrance door trim and threshold
- Clean/wipe all door kick plates and door jams
- Flush restroom floor drains with hot water and disinfectant
- Wipe and disinfect telephones
All-Pro shall supply professional office cleaners who are competent to perform the monthly janitorial services required by this agreement. Our employees shall be fully instructed in the proper use of keys, locked and secured areas, and any special alarm systems in use at your facility.
All-Pro is based in San Dimas, Ca and serves Bakersfield, Fontana, Corona, Valencia, Irvine and the City of Industry in Southern California.
